The farmhouse summer kitchen undergoes a dramatic renovation, and Rachel decides the second story needs to come down. Episode 4: Nice Caboose

Rachel begins renovating the farm’s tack room before taking her two sons on a Lancaster, Pennsylvania adventure. They visit a

farmers market, a model train museum, an ice cream factory, a science museum, and spend the night in a motel built from restored train cabooses. Back on the farm, the crew transforms a cluttered storage area into a beautiful, functional tack room.

Episode 5: Cat Scratch Fever

An old school bus gets a second life as a custom chicken coop. While cleaning it out, Stephen encounters a cat and reveals his fear of felines. Jeff and Rachel travel to Nashville to promote Flipping Farms on WayFM Radio and visit horse ranch owner Kolt Barber to learn more about the horse boarding business. They also tour Johnny Cash’s farm and meet rising country artist Neah McMeen. Back home, the crew renovates the exterior of the horse trainer’s office.

With renovations complete, Rachel shows the finished farm to prospective buyers. Neah McMeen returns to perform during the farm’s celebration party while the crew prepares the barn for guests.
