Animal Facilities & Free Speech: States have enacted laws to protect livestock operations from saboteurs

In response to attempts to shut down animal confinement operations by activist groups, several states have enacted laws designed to protect these businesses by limiting access.
However, the laws have generally been struck down on free speech.
