The Bureau of Land Management is currently holding an online wild horse adoption event.
The event runs from July 14 to 21 and features 19 horses from Southeast Oregon along with other horses from facilities in the west. The horses range from 6 to 21-years-old in age and bids start at $25.
All of the horses are eligible for the Adoption Incentive Program, which gives $1,000 to qualified applications who adopt an untrained animal.
Horses adopted or purchased during the event will be available to picked up in Oregon, Mississippi, Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Illinois.
