The Oklahoman reports someone received nearly 21 million hemp seeds, valued at over $3.6 million and weighing around 600 pounds, and flew them to Colorado without paying for them according to a lawsuit filed in Oklahoma.

In late January, a California business called Victory Americas Group LLC agreed to buy the industrial hemp seeds from an Oklahoma company.

In the lawsuit filed by the Oklahoma company, it states it never received payment. The lawsuit alleges a breach of purchase agreement, fraud, and misrepresentation.

There has been no response from Victory Americas Group LLC at this time.
