NASHVILLE, TENN. (RFD NEWS) — As CattleCon 2026 wrapped up in Nashville, the focus was not just on innovation, but on people and building community in the ag industry.

RFD NEWS’ own Kirbe Schnoor caught up with Tyler Schuster, a young advocate who mentors and supports the next generation, especially women finding their place in the cattle industry. She leads the marketing company Brands & Blazers and hosts the podcast Basically Famous.

In her interview, Tyler explains that there is a place for everyone in agriculture, regardless of background, and outlines how she helps others find their path.
