Cell-based meat company Memphis Meats has raised $160 million in its most recent round of funding.
The company’s total funding has now exceeded $180 million, making it the most well-funded company in the cell-based meat industry.
Investors include Bill Gates, Cargill and Tyson Foods.
The company plans to use the money to create a pilot production facility.
