Clemson University is a land grant institution that’s had a tremendous impact on the world of agriculture. Chip Carter spent time on campus recently and met one graduate, Bill Odom, who owns the oldest quail farm in the US: Manchester Farms, just outside of Columbia, SC. Watch the video above, as Odom explains the difference between the Bobwhite and Pharaoh varieties, among many other interesting facts about raising quail for commercial poultry meat.
