Dairy farmers are continuing to work during these difficult times, but financially the situation is taking a toll. With milk products seeing a boom in demand at the grocery stores, there is still an estimated $3 billion dollar loss over the past five weeks.
Heading into 2020, the dairy industry looked to have a positive year. However, the impact of COVID-19 and the increase in production have left many experts uncertain heading forward and say that it will now be a very challenging year for the dairy farmer.
