U.S. beef producers are raising concerns over a Department of Defense Appropriations Bill that aims to give $500 million in grant funding for the development of lab-grown meat.
Sigrid Johannes with the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on why they oppose this lab-grown meat going to the U.S. military, what they would like to see, and what other topics they chose to address.
