As COVID-19 continues to spread and cause unrest in the markets, individuals are becoming more apprehensive when it comes to the seriousness of the scope of infection. Dr. Carl Lebuhn, an infectious disease specialist at Mercy Health-Lourdes Hospital, addresses the issue.
Dr. Lebuhn says that most people could be infected, but it is more serious for people who have a preexisting condition or are in poor health.
According to Dr. Lebuhn, this is the time in which we will see how the virus infects different age groups. Lastly, he mentions simply be mindful of your own personal prevention like washing your hands.
