Duvall Calls for More Money for CCC

RFD-TV’s Janet Adkison reports that Zippy Duvall, the President of the American Farm Bureau Federation, is asking the government to increase the borrowing limit for the Commodity Credit Corporation. Duvall wants the original limit of $30 billion dollars, which was put in place in 1987, to increase to $68 billion dollars.

The reason for this, Duvall says, “It should be $68 billion...The secretary needs the flexibility in the CCC program to be able to fit all the needs of agriculture across America.”
