Farm Bureau is now taking nominations for Farm Dog of the Year!

The American Farm Bureau is now taking applications for “Farm Dog of the Year”!

It is the fourth year for the contest, which is always a crowd favorite at the convention. This year’s winner was Bindi, an Australian shepherd who helps her family round up cattle on a dairy farm. Bindi protected her owner when one cow strayed.

The winner receives free Purina food for a year and $5,000 dollars. Regional runners-up get $1,000 dollars.
