The Farmer Veteran Coalition has announced close to $500,000 in awards and equipment through its fellowship fund, providing direct assistance to veterans involved in agriculture.
The announcement comes as we celebrate Military Appreciation Month.
The Coalition’s Fellowship Fund Program Director, Rachel Petitt spoke with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison about how the fund works, some background on the funding and selection process behind the project, and how farmers can learn more to get involved.
