FDA discusses Moderna’s COVID vaccine tomorrow

The FDA meets tomorrow to discuss emergency use of another COVID vaccine and this one could be the best for rural America.

Moderna says that its vaccine is 95 percent effective and it does not have to be kept at an ultra-freezing temperature like Pfizer’s.

Rural health clinics had expressed concern about not having equipment to store the Pfizer vaccine. A Harvard health professor says that makes Moderna ideal for small communities.
