As the race for the Oval Office continues, one former agriculture leader throws his support behind a Democratic candidate.
AgriPulse reports, former Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack will endorse presidential hopeful - Joe Biden.
Vilsack tells USA Today, Biden is “committed to rebuilding the middle class in small-town America.”
Earlier this year, Biden released his rural economic development strategy. It includes support for beginning farmers & ranchers, plus promises to expand broadband, invest in ethanol, and break up big ag corporations.
