The Nebraska Soybean Board shares the story of this locally-made salad, Dorthy Lynch, which is named for its inventor. Now, the dressing is bottled and sold by Tasty Toppings, a family-owned enterprise that purchased the original recipe from Lynch herself three generations ago.

Every bottle of Dorothy Lynch is made in a modern 64,000-square-foot facility located in Duncan, Nebraska — a town with a population of only 351 residents! From there, it is shipped to loyal customers and grocery retailers across the country.
