GRAPEVINE, TEXAS (RFD NEWS) — A number of military veterans have found careers in farming after returning home. With May being Military Appreciation Month, Kubota is preparing initiatives to support veterans and military families.
Kubota Tractor Corporation President and National Guard veteran Alex Woods joined us on Wednesday’s Market Day Report to discuss Kubota’s involvement in celebrating American Heroes through a few different initiatives.
In his interview with RFD News, Woods shared about Kubota’s “Boot Campaign” and how people can get involved, and highlighted the company’s long-term commitment to veterans through the “Geared to Give Program.”
He also explained why these efforts are important for Kubota, as well as their recent recognition of the 2026 Geared to Give recipients at a NASCAR event.
Researchers say new technology will continue to drive innovation in forest operations.
