Geaux Shop Healthy Series: Cooking up a delicious, healthy, and low-cost taco soup

The LSU AgCenter has developed the Geaux Shop Healthy Series.
The goal is to provide healthy and tasty dishes using low-cost ingredients.

Craig Gautreaux was there for the cooking of an appetizing taco soup.
