INMAN, Ga. (Farm Monitor) — Georgia journalist and historian Rick Minter is being inducted into the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame after spending decades preserving the stories of the state’s racing pioneers.
Minter said the recognition was one he never expected and credited his wife, Joanne, for keeping things running at home while he traveled the state documenting Georgia’s racing history.
