Iowa native Hailey Whitters was named American Country Music’s New Female Artist of the Year.
She was honored alongside Zach Bryan, who was named New Male Artist of the Year ahead of the awards show. Whitters is having a breakout year with her album Raised , appearances on “The Today Show,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live” and opening for country legend Shania Twain.
