Justin Wilson Looking Back: Turkey in a Bag

Serves 6-10

Ingredients:

  • 1 turkey
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Cooking Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 turkey-sized cooking bag

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Clean the turkey well, both inside and out. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grease the turkey all over with cooking oil.

Shake flour in a large cooking bag, and coat sides well.

Put the turkey in the bag, tie, and punch nine holes with a kitchen fork.

Bake in the oven until the turkey browns.

Note:

You can put potatoes around the turkey if you want. Actually, you can put anything next to it, and it will taste good! Also, too, you can put dressing in the turkey, but don’t you forget to sew it up.
