After her two year appointment in the Trump administration’s Department of the Interior, Karen Budd-Falen continues her efforts to support federal and public lands.
Budd-Falen speaks with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison on her experience working for the department, regulations she worked on, and possible changes under the Biden administration.
“I grew up as a fifth generation ranchers so I absolutely understand what it takes to live in a rural community, and it was very important to me to make sure that the Department of Interior understood that as well,” she explains.
