Country star Luke Combs did what he does best and put the feelings of many throughout the coronavirus pandemic to music in his new song “Six Feet Apart.”

Combs debuted the song on a livestream on his Youtube channel Wednesday night and it hits on the simple things society has been taking granted.

I miss my mom, I miss my dad I miss the road, I miss my band Giving hugs and shaking hands, it’s a mystery, I suppose, just how long this thing goes, there’ll be crowds and there’ll be shows and there will be light after dark, someday, when we aren’t six feet apart,” Combs sings in the chorus.

The song was written by Combs, Brent Cobb and Rob Snyder.
