Making Moves By May: Plains Cotton Growers are optimistic that Farm Bill discussions will see movement

The Farm Bill is top of mind after months of delays.
House Ag Committee Chair GT Thompson has stated that he wants to make some moves this month on that legislation.

Tony St. James with All Ag All Day recently caught up with the head of Plains Cotton Growers, who says that he is optimistic the Farm Bill could soon start moving forward.
