The Sackett opinion has significant ramifications for agriculture

The highly anticipated new Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule was released late last month without public comment.

With the amendment, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) claims to conform the regulator definition to fit the Supreme Court’s opinion on the Sackett case.
