The Texas Farm Bureau introduces us to Landon Nichols. Nichols has been farming peanuts in Muleshoe, Texas since 2009. He is a big fan of the crop and breaks down the farming process for this amazing nut.
The biggest use for the crop in the United States is peanut butter; it is estimated that one acre of peanuts can make 30,000 peanut butter sandwiches.
