Thrift is the REDCREST 2023 champion and boasts a fishing résumé that includes the 2019 FLW Cup and two FLW Tour Angler of the Year titles (2010, 2017). Thrift has posted many wins, highlighted by a 2019 campaign where he racked up eight Top 10s, won two events and pocketed over $520,000 in tournament winnings (one of the Top 10 seasons of all time across all leagues). Thrift scored $113,500 during Heavy Hitters 2023 thanks to reeling in the biggest bass of the Championship Round, a 9-6 that was worth $100,000.
