Elam is a four-time REDCREST qualifier with numerous appearances on the Top 10 at Bass Pro Tour events. He’s also a Bassmaster Elite Series Champion, two-time Bassmaster Opens Champion, and four-time Bassmaster Classic Qualifier. During the 2023 General Tire Team Series, Elam won the Lucas Oil Qualifier alongside teammates Jonathon VanDam and Brent Chapman.

Elam loves to work out, cook, play fantasy football, listen to podcasts, build lures in the shop, hunt, watch his wife barrel race, build things and do a little ranchin’ at home.
