A Michigan Christmas tree farm is making sure our armed forces still got some holiday cheer this year.

On Monday, Wahmaoff Farms Nursey had about 100 volunteers help load 465 Christmas trees to be sent to military personnel and their families and Fort Knox and Fort Hood.

The farm partnered up with Trees for Troops to get all of the Christmas trees donated and packed into FedEx trucks.

Since 2005, Trees for Troops has delivered more than 225,000 Christmas trees from 800 different growers to U.S. troops.
