Montana becomes the 49th state to approve the sale of E15

Montana is the latest state to approve E15 fuel.

This makes California the only state not offering the sale of 15 percent ethanol-blended fuel. President and CEO of the Renewable Fuels Association Geoff Cooper is urging the Golden State to follow in Montana’s footsteps.

“The state’s refusal to approve E1 means it is subjecting its drivers to higher prices at the pimp, more pollution at the tailpipe, and greater greenhouse gas emissions in the atmosphere.”
