The Lodgepole Complex Fire has burned over 270,000 acres in Montana, and it is currently the top priority wildfire in the country.
Lane Norlund, an agriculture broadcaster with Northern Ag Network, joined us with some updates on the conditions in the state. There are currently 7 wildfires roaring across the state of Montana with the eastern part of the state suffering most especially due to the severe drought there. But, Norlund is also grateful to report that volunteers from 34 states have traveled to the state to assist.
