More and more retailers are buying less plant-based meat

Analysts at Barclays have downgraded their rating of Beyond Meat to underweight. The group says even at peak beef prices, alternative meats could still be more costly, which could deter some customers.

They note retailers, like CVS, Aldi, and Walmart, are already reducing orders of Beyond Meat products with company shares falling more than 3 percent.
