More Free Performances Announced

The CMA announced additional free concerts during this year’s CMA Music Festival. The four-day event in downtown Nashville is a star-studded spectacle with some of country music’s biggest names and almost round-the-clock shows throughout the city. Now fans will also have the option of free nightly shows at the Cracker Barrel Country Roads Stage at Ascend Amphitheater.

Thursday night will kick-off with performances by Big & Rich, Country Fried Mix, Cowboy troy, Deana Carter, Billy Ray Cyrus and The Oak Ridge Boys.

Ladies of Country will own Friday night as Sara Evans headlines a bill which includes Kelleigh Bannen, Ruthie Collins, Natalie Stovall, Danielle Bradbery, Kellie Pickler and Aubrie Sellers.

The Ascend Amphitheater shows end on Saturday night with performances by Dan + Shay, Hunter Hayes, High Valley, RaeLynn and newcomersCale Dodds, Ryan Kinder and Bailey Bryan.

The Presley Family built Branson’s Original Show on the Strip. “Presleys’ Country Jubilee” was a smash hit, and people from across the country lined up every night for a chance to hear the country music and comedy the Presley Family loved to perform.
