Natalie is originally from Graham, North Carolina where she earned a degree from the University of North Carolina at Asheville in Atmospheric Sciences concentrating in Weather Forecasting, and is an active member of the National Weather Association and American Meteorological Society. Before joining the Rural TV team, Natalie served as the weekend meteorologist at WVLA/WGMB in Baton Rouge, LA and KATC in Lafayette, LA. She has always had a passion for all things science. Rural America is close to home for her, growing up on a horse farm was short of a exciting childhood. Having a taste of farm life and working in weather forecasting has given her a perspective of how weather not only effects everyday life, but the life of the farmer too.
