Singer-songwriter and RanchHER Clare Dunn reflects on the importance of National FFA Week, her time in FFA, and her commitment to advocating for agriculture and rural issues.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (RFD NEWS)National FFA Week is officially underway as members across the country celebrate the impact of agricultural education. As part of the week’s coverage, RFD NEWS checked in with singer-songwriter and rancher Clare Dunn, whose journey in FFA helped shape both her music career and work ethic.

In her conversation on Monday’s Market Day Report, Dunn reflected on her time in the National FFA Organization and the lasting impact it has had on her life. She shared how that foundation continues to influence her approach to music, ranching, and leadership.

Dunn also discussed why she uses her platform to educate and inspire others about the future of agriculture. She also highlighted her work launching the Real Rural Foundation, an effort to help the public better understand agriculture and rural life.

In addition to her advocacy work, Dunn provided an update from the ranch, noting a busy season of calving and moving cattle. She also spoke about recently touring a new world screwworm sterilization unit and why those efforts are important for animal agriculture.

Looking ahead as National FFA Week continues, Dunn shared her perspective on the future of agriculture and offered encouragement to the next generation of FFA members.
