NCGA On Mexico GMO Corn Exports: Sec. Vilsack got us to the 50-yard line, still short of the red zone

Regarding Mexico’s potential move on biotech corn, Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack met with the country’s president on Monday to discuss the looming decree that would ban imports of GM corn.

He says all options are on the table, including legal action under the U.S.-Mexico-Canada trade pact.

NCGA Trade and Biotechnology Director, Angus Kelly spoke with RFD-TV’s own Janet Adkison on where we currently stand on the matter, the value of the Administration intervening on the dispute, and the next steps.
