Every year, players in the National Football League reveal their passion off the field and wear their hearts on their feet through the My Cause My Cleats campaign.
Players have the ability to pick a cause of their choosing and have it represented on custom cleats, from Fuel Up to Play 60, Make-A-Wish, St. Jude’s Children Hospital, and much more.
This year, Atlanta Falcons outside linebacker Lorenzo Carter is supporting the National FFA Organization on his feet. His family owns Lucky Charm Family Farms, a 40-acre operation in Georgia that raises cattle, chickens, sheep, and crops.
“To be able to say that I know where my food comes from, and my kids will know where their food comes from. My family is working and we’re living that healthy lifestyle out here, living off the land,” he tells AgDaily.
