ERNEST is one of today’s most successful and most-heard songwriters in country music.
He is set to release his third full-length album, Deep Blue, out May 1st. The 13-track album features previously released singles “Lorelei” which Billboard named “a worthy inclusion to country music’s history of balmy, tropical-infused tracks,” and “Boat Named After You,” as well as four outside cuts, a first for ERNEST from any previous project.
He joins On the Record to talk about the songwriting process and how this album differs from other projects.
