One of the next “Women in Country,” Mackenzie Carpenter stopped by to talk about her musical journey

Mackenzie Carpenter is a country music artist hailing from rural Georgia. She recently made her Grand Ole Opry debut and is included in CMT’s Next Women of Country Class of 2023.

Mackenzie has also dropped her self-titled debut EP.

She spoke with RFD-TV’s own Suzanne Alexander on her rural roots, her musical journey, and her hit song “Don’t Mess with Exes.”
