Overplanting in South Dakota!
Farmers in parts of the Mount Rushmore State are finding their efforts to create strong yields and take advantage of high crop prices were hindered by drought.
The dry conditions make it tough enough for planting, so conditions made it nearly impossible for those extra crops to thrive.
