PHOTO GALLERY: The Cowboy Channel’s Rose Parade float

It takes a lot of work to build a Rose Parade float, and that is no different for us at Rural Media.

The theme for this year’s float is called “Walk.Ride.Rodeo and Amberley Snyder served as its inspiration.

The float towers 24-feet high, 18-feet wide and 75-feet long. That is taller than the average giraffe and about the same length as the average blue whale.

In total, there were more than 45,000 flowers.

The affable and unassuming international singing star Daniel O’Donnell is one of Ireland’s best known performers – from Australia to Alaska.
