The Green Interchange and Tennessee Environmental Council are partnering to promote planting a tree in Tennessee in support of Earth Day!
The initiative has a variety of seedlings to choose from for Tennesseans to plant in their yards or communities on April 23rd. Last year, more than 7,500 trees were planted on this day, and this year, the goal is 10,000.
Those interested can go online to find the pickup location closest to them, select a specific tree seedling, and pick it up on April 23rd to plant.
