Positive Outlook for Oklahoma’s Wheat Harvest

Oklahoma’s wheat harvest is quickly moving along. Extension Grains Market Analyst, Dr. Kim Anderson says that the early reports are looking relatively good.

Dr. Anderson notes that in some areas there are lower yields, the test weights are looking good, and the reports on the protein are mixed but are relatively good. He also says that the basis at many of the state’s grain elevators are about the same as they were last year.
