The National FFA Organization‘s six national officers have traveled the country advocating for FFA and meeting thousands of members. National FFA Secretary Grant Northfleet shares his motivation for a year of service as they reach their final moments in the Blue Jacket at this year’s convention.

Northfleet wanted to celebrate individuals’ specific journeys and experiences in the organization while gaining leadership skills and a broader view of agriculture education and leadership. He emphasizes the impact of FFA in helping students find their passions and celebrates their success.
