Rural California native Jesse Daniel discusses the inspiration behind his new album Countin’ The Miles

Jesse Daniel hails from a rural mountain town on California’s central coast. The now Austin-based artist found songwriting as an outlet to help him overcome addiction and has now since gained fans across the globe with his country traditionalist sound.

He stopped by RFD-TV Studios to talk with Tammi Arender about his upbringing, his album, his heroes, and current and upcoming projects.

He also stuck around to perform “Tomorrow’s Good Ol’ Days” with his band.
