LINCOLN, Neb. (RFD-TV) — As the time change approaches, this week’s Rural Health Matters segment on Market Day Report focused on sleep health — an issue that becomes increasingly important with shorter days, fall stress, and seasonal changes.
Dr. Jeffrey Gold, President of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, joined RFD-TV to discuss how seasonal stress and mental health concerns can make it more challenging to get a restful night’s sleep.
