Russia attacks another Ukraine elevator, sending grain prices up

Overnight fighting in Ukraine has grain prices up. Reports out of the war-torn country show more attacks overnight.

The country’s Defense Ministry says another elevator in the Odesa region was damaged by Russian forces. Russia quit the Black Sea Grain Deal over two weeks ago.

The United States UN Ambassador says she has been told Russia is ready to return to the table for discussions, but there is no concrete evidence.
