The U.S. Supreme Court has decided not to reignite the case against the finance company.
Chicken buyers filed a petition with SCOTUS in November for the high court to bring Rabobank back into a lawsuit after an Illinois judge dismissed them.
That judge ruled the company’s emails did not suggest price-fixing agreements.
