SCOTUS will not loop Rabobank back into price-fixing lawsuit

When it comes to poultry price fixing, Rabobank is off the hook for now.
The U.S. Supreme Court has decided not to reignite the case against the finance company.

Chicken buyers filed a petition with SCOTUS in November for the high court to bring Rabobank back into a lawsuit after an Illinois judge dismissed them.

That judge ruled the company’s emails did not suggest price-fixing agreements.
