Secretary Blinken says Russia is using starvation as a weapon

The Secretary of State reiterated words from Ag Secretary Tom Vilsack saying Russia is using starvation as a weapon.

Antony Blinken spoke to the United Nations this week about food insecurity. He says this is not the first time we have seen this happen and the UN’s job is to advance human rights and prevent these kinds of atrocities.

Blinken says it is on us to prevent history from repeating itself and the lives of millions of people depend on it.
