Senator Marshall stresses the importance of rural development in the Farm Bill

Senator Roger Marshall is expressing his concerns about rural development in the next Farm Bill.

The Kansas lawmaker made his comments to Tony St. James during the All Ag All Day Capitol Fall Tour.
